Giambrone & Partners Announces the opening of New Office in Casablanca

Expansion into North Africa continues with the addition of two New Partners and the inauguration of the Casablanca Office.

[Milan, 19.12.2023] – Giambrone & Partners announces the opening of its twenty-first office in Casablanca and the appointment of two new partners, Zakaria Bouabidi and Mohamed Lahbib Rhalib.  They will form the initial legal team in the new office, together with Gabriele Giambrone, managing partner and Giorgio Bianco, partner.

Zakaria Bouabidi specialises in corporate and commercial law, with extensive experience in corporate governance, contract drafting and negotiation, mergers and acquisitions. Zakaria is also has extensive expertise in contract law and consumer protection, addressing legal issues related to fraud, product liability, and unfair business practices, as well as legal expertise in bankruptcy law, Zakaria Bouabidi is fluent in several languages, including Arabic, French, and Spanish.

Mohamed Lahbib Rhalib, a lawyer at the Paris Bar and also a professor of private law at Hassan II University, is an expert in commercial and banking law. He holds a Ph.D. in private law and criminal sciences from the International Faculty of Comparative Law of French-speaking countries. He is also a graduate in management sciences from Hassan II University, in finance from the Bordeaux Academy, and in management and human resources from Pascal Paoli University. The extensive professional expertise and strong academic competence of Lahbib Rhalib makes him a recognised legal professional in the field of commercial law.

The new office in Casablanca, located at 14 Boulevard de Paris, will provide Giambrone & Partners with a solid base to meet the growing legal needs of clients in the North Africa region. With a keen eye on the dynamics and evolution of the international market, the decision to open this new office represents a crucial step in the growth strategy of the firm.
