Giambrone is assisting a group of people who have invested in Pegasus Funds, Royal and Gold, through a British investments company, Lux Finance Ltd.
Lux Finance Ltd. was allegedly part of a fraudulent scheme against investors and the case was reported to competent authories, such as FCA and Consob.
Following to information filed within the British Chamber of Commerce (Companies House), Lux Finance Ltd. (Company Number 07379942), was established in London in 2010, with the purpose of dealing with high capitals management of both private individuals as well as companies.
Lux Finance Ltd. has managed investments by placing hedge funds (Royal and Gold) also on the Italian market, involving a large group of investors who, despite repeated requests of disinvestment, (as stated and provided for profits too), they did not get any refund. Most of clients have signed contracts in the "Capital Guaranteed Growth Plan", which provided an initial investment and a monthly payment based on the gains obtained.
Lux Finance Ltd. was regulated by the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) from 1st April 2013 to 19th October 2015. This enabled Giambrone to involve competent authorities, such as the FSCS (Financial Services Compensation Scheme) in order to access a guarantee fund for our clients based on estimates set by the same Authority.
Upon disclosure of the bankruptcy status of Lux Finance Ltd- , lawyers at Giambrone moved forward, establishing contacts with the administrators appointed in the meantime (Michael Leeds and David Ingram from Grant Thornton UK LLP).
Gabriele Giambrone, founder and Managing Partner of the Firm, commented: "These contacts will help us to acquire information on the bankruptcy proceedings as well as the time frame to proceed with the liabilities of the company's debts, allowing our clients to be included in the list of creditors of the company.
This process is being carried out by a group of 15 experts from our Forex Department, which currently represents hundreds of victims of financial scams in the field of Forex, binary options and multi-level marketing.
Giambrone has already achieved great success in the field of Forex litigation, including the refund of more than $ 1,500,000 against TIRN and the recent proceedings before the Court of Massachusetts against the Telexfree group.
