She graduated in Law from the University of Palermo in 2015 discussing a thesis on the history of medieval and modern law.
She obtained the title of a lawyer in 2018, enrolling in the Bar of Termini Imerese and embracing the free profession at her firm.
Since the early years of his university studies, he has been passionate about issues relating to immigration law and juvenile law.
In 2019, together with a group of activists, she founded the "Terraferma" desk, 2017 she has been registered in the register of guardians of unaccompanied foreign minors at the Juvenile Court of Palermo, she became legal advisor of social cooperatives for migrants and of a desk for foreign minors victims of violence.
In 2021 she provided legal advice within the Su.Pr.Eme Italia Project aimed at overcoming Emergencies in the field of serious exploitation and severe marginality of foreigners regularly (AMIF - Emergency Funds (AP2019) of the European Commission - DG Migration and Home Affairs).
Her years of experience have enabled her to deal with cases relating to the right to asylum, issuance, and renewal of residence permits, human trafficking, anti-discrimination, and freedom of movement.
Ms. Lo Buglio also deals with proceedings before the Juvenile Court concerning the establishment of the state of abandonment of minors, family reunification procedures, and appeals for the issue of residence permits for minors.
Lo Buglio is registered on the list of advocates entitled to legal aid from the State.
