Regina Kelly

Regina Kelly, an associate in the Naples office, holds a BA (Honours) in Law and is a Barrister in the Honorable Society of Kings Inn’s, Dublin, Ireland.

Prior to joining Giambrone & Partners, as a practising barrister, covering all aspects of criminal law from minor violations to murder cases.    Regina has dealt with a number of significant cases, for example, where she was part of the prosecution team at a trial in the Central Criminal Court in Dublin where a murder, perpetrated in 1980s, was pursued in 2017 which resulted in the accused being found guilty and received a life sentence.    

Prior to qualifying as a barrister, she worked at a law firm in Wexford, Ireland where she gained substantial experience in all aspects of family, criminal and civil law, particularly focusing on personal injury cases.   

During that time she was involved in a high profile manslaughter by neglect case which was appealed by the Director of Public Prosecutions in the Court of Criminal Appeal for undue leniency.   Languages English and Italian
