Mireia Peco García

Mireia graduated in Law in 2021, and completed a Masters of the Legal Profession with the habilitation of the Ministry of Justice in June 2023, both from the University of Alcalá.

 

During her studies, she completed an international stay as an Erasmus+ student at the Università degli Studi di Siena. She did her first thesis on the Spanish Organic Law of Freedom of Religion and her final dissertation on the autonomy of the minor patient in Spain.

 

Mireia has extensive experience in the rights of migrants, where she excels in immigration law. She is currently working in the Immigration department at the Barcelona office where she mainly manages procedures for obtaining Spanish Nationality by the Law of Democratic Memory and all kinds of visas.
