Helena Balster

Helena Balster is a senior executive in the client services department based in London. 

The client services department is the first points of contact for new enquiries to the firm. Her role is to establish and cultivate relationships with Giambrone & Partners' clients, collaborating with the lawyers and internal departments to help improve the quality of the legal assistance provided.

Helena predominantly assists private clients with matters such as wills, probate, personal injury and divorce as well as overseas real estate and other cross-border matters.

Helena’s skills also include strategic planning and a strong understanding of a company’s internal structure.  Helena’s comprehensive knowledge of the firm enables her to address the clients’ needs and to make them feel at ease with the firm.
