Albert Bertran Muñoz
Senior Associate
Albert Bertran Muñoz, has been practising as a lawyer in Barcelona since 1995 and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
He has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in legal practice from the Barcelona Bar Association. Albert has been a lecturer at the Bar Association of Barcelona and an associate lecturer at the UOC. He is also a member of various sections and commissions of the Barcelona Bar Association.
Before joining Giambrone, he worked in various law firms. Albert has completed several Masters and specialisation courses in criminal law and is a member of ESADE ALUMNI. He specialises in criminal law, insurance and damage claims, has conducted trials all over Spain and acted as prosecutor in the Barcelona Ramblas Attacks Trial.
Albert is a native speaker of Spanish and Catalan and is also fluent in English.
