The City of London development plan, known as City Plan 2040, is being further developed and is coming closer to being adopted.
The City Plan 2040 has an ambitious agenda to expand the City’s already significant commercial capacity and maximise the entertainment and hospitality sector in the City. As well as escalating other qualities to a far greater extent to maximise the full potential of the unique assets within the City of London.
The City’s exceptional heritage includes 600 listed buildings, 27 conservation areas, 48 ancient monuments as well as historic gardens and parks drawing millions of foreign tourists to the UK drawing millions of tourists to the UK.
Giambrone & Partners has a presence on the City of London Chamber of Commerce planning committee and is pleased to play a part in this ambitious programme aimed at expanding the City’s already significant commercial capacity and transforming its entertainment and hospitality sector.
