Giambrone, the international law firm that specialises in cross border advisory work in the European Union, has opened a new office in Barcelona at the centre of one of the most dynamic economic areas of Spain. With the latest addition, its third office expansion in the past year, the Italian head quartered law firm expands its global footprint to 8 locations worldwide.
The office will initially focus on cross border commercial, real estate and litigation work, largely deriving from the firm’s established presence in other European markets.
Regional Managing partner Riccardo Virga said: “Complex cross border work in the fields of commercial litigation, real estate and probate has been at the heart of Giambrone for many years, and this move underlines the strength of our commitment to that part of our business. This location will consolidate Giambrone’s footprint across European countries, as well as offering support to our existing clientele in Latin America.”
Giambrone will be opening the new office to respond to the growing needs of our European customers, and the location, adjacent to the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Spain, indicates the firm’s strong commitment to the Italian corporate and commercial community in Spain
Giambrone is – on the back of strong year-on-year financial performance – pursuing an aggressive global internationalisation strategy and the opening of the office comes after Giambrone’s recent announcement of the establishment of its first overseas office in Middle East.
